Guide for Editors

The Advances in Applied Intelligence Research Journal (AAIRJ) provides the following guidelines for editors:

1. Editorial Responsibilities:
   • Make impartial decisions based on academic merit and relevance to the journal.
   • Maintain confidentiality of manuscript content, authorship, and reviewer identities.
   • Disclose conflicts of interest and recuse yourself when necessary.
   • Ensure timely and efficient processing of manuscripts.

   • Assign manuscripts to qualified and unbiased reviewers with relevant expertise.
   • Ensure the peer-review process is rigorous, transparent, and ethical.
   • Address conflicting reviews and provide fair resolutions.
3. Addressing Ethical Issues:
   • Use plagiarism detection tools to ensure the originality of submissions.
   • Handle ethical violations (e.g., data fabrication, duplicate submissions) in collaboration with the journal's ethics committee.
   • Facilitate corrections or retractions if issues are identified post-publication.
