Publication Ethics
The Advances in Applied Intelligence Research Journal (AAIRJ) is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and transparency. The following ethical guidelines apply to all parties involved in the publication process:
- For Authors:
- Submit only original, unpublished manuscripts, and avoid plagiarism or redundant publication.
- Properly cite all sources and acknowledge significant contributions.
- Ensure accuracy of data and provide raw data upon request for verification.
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- For Reviewers:
- Maintain confidentiality of manuscripts during and after the review process.
- Provide constructive, timely, and unbiased feedback.
- Notify the editor of any potential conflicts of interest or inability to review.
- For Editors:
- Make fair, unbiased decisions based on the quality and originality of submissions.
- Ensure a rigorous, transparent peer-review process.
- Act promptly to address ethical concerns, including plagiarism or misconduct.
- Plagiarism and Misconduct:
- All submissions are screened for plagiarism using advanced software.
- Misconduct, such as data fabrication, falsification, or ethical violations, will result in manuscript rejection or retraction.
- Open Access and Transparency:
- The journal operates on an open-access model to ensure free and unrestricted access to research findings.
- No publication or article processing fees are required at this stage.
- Retraction Policy:
- If ethical violations are identified post-publication, the journal reserves the right to retract the article and issue a public retraction notice.
