  Abstract

An eco-friendly polyurethane incorporating a soybean-oil-based polyol was synthesized using a prepolymer method, and the chemical structure, molecular weights, and thermal properties of the polyurethane were characterized using instrumental analysis. The disperse and reactive dyeing properties of the eco-friendly polyurethane incorporating the soybean-oil-based polyol were compared to those of conventional petroleumbased polyurethane.
