  Abstract

In this study, we investigated the effects of oligomer, monomer, photoinitiator, and organic pigment content ratios on UV curable resin film. We observed that an O-5 oligomer sample with 50:20 of PUA 584/594 ratios, an M-6 monomer sample with 9:9:9 of HDDA/THFA/EOEOEA ratios, and an I-4 photoinitiator sample with 2:6:2 of Ini 184/754/819 ratios and 1wt% of pigment content, show the best formula conditions. We also observed that the dispersibility of the pigment particles contained in the optimized contents of the ultraviolet curing resin was stable.
