Abstract
This study investigates the mechanical properties of jute fiber reinforced recycled eco-friendly concrete. In this study, the effects of each red clay content and recycled aggregate with the jute fiber volume fraction were investigated. However, the blast furnace slag and w/b ratio were fixed at 30% and 45%, respectively. As the jute fiber volume fraction increased, the compressive strength of the specimens increased by about 8%. Most significantly, the study showed that the splitting tensile strength (fsp) and flexural strength (fr) did not significantly alter the characteristic effects of varying ratios of the jute fiber volume fraction (Vj).
