  Abstract

Polyolefin elastomer(POE) is composed of two or more phases, such as semicrystalline thermoplastic resin and soft elastomer, so it has elastic behavior like thermosetting rubber and can be melted and repeatedly processed like thermoplastic. When POE resins with these advantages are manufactured in the form of thin films in μm units through an extruder, a blocking phenomenon occurs in which films stick to each other. Therefore, silica powder was added for each content as an anti-blocking agent to control the tack characteristics of the POE film. The surface morphology of the POE film was observed through SEM-EDS, and changes in mechanical properties such as tensile strength and shore hardness were measured. In addition, through probe tack and T-shape peel tests, it was confirmed that the tack properties of the POE film were reduced by silica powder.
