Oral Presentation
Presentation Time

- Keynote Speech: 40 minutes (Oral presentation 30 minutes, Q&A 10 minutes)

- Oral Presentation: 15 minutes (Oral presentation 12 minutes, Q&A 3 minutes)

The authors of papers accepted for oral presentation are asked to send PowerPoint slides via email prior to the conference, and present their research in a podium.

AsiaFlux Conference 2023 will prepare a laptop for presentation to avoid wasting time switching between personal laptops, and presentation files will be uploaded to the on-site laptop before the conference.

Considering software compatibility issues, it is recommended that speakers save the presentation file to a USB memory stick and bring the backup version. Also, since only the basic font is installed in the on-site laptop, please use the basic font (Arial or Times New Roman) for the presentation if possible.

Speakers are advised to be in the session room 10 minutes BEFORE the start of their sessions.

If there is a technical problem, you can ask for help to a technician
