This Privacy Policy explains how GELYDA & Education and Future Institute (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes personal data in connection with the 2026 GELYDA International Conference (the “Event”), including our conference websites, registration and submission forms, support channels, email communications, photography/video from the Event, and any related online sessions. 2) Summary

  • We do not share registrant contact information with third parties without your consent.
  • Registrant information is primarily used to verify registrations and to notify you of similar events organised by GELYDA in the future.
  • Sponsor sharing happens only with your opt-in during registration.
  • We use cookies and similar technologies on our websites (see “Cookies” below).

3) Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Identification and contact details (name, email, phone, postal address), affiliation/position.
  • Registration details, participation type, preferences (if provided).
  • Submissions for the scientific program, feedback forms, testimonials.

Publications & programs:

If your work is accepted, your name, affiliation and submission details may appear in programs, abstract books, proceedings, websites, and archives.

Photos, video & recordings:

We photograph and record our Events. Your image and/or voice may appear in these materials.

7) Payments

Online credit card payment: We do not store full card details. Payments are processed only through the official online registration system. Bank wire transfer(WOORI Bank): Bank account details are provided only during registration or on official invoices, and remittance receipts are used solely for payment verification.

8) International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9) Data retention

  • Financial/tax records: up to 10 years.
  • Registration/support: 2–3 years.
  • Marketing contacts: up to 3 years or until unsubscribe.
  • Publications: long-term.
  • Photos/video: retained unless removal is requested and feasible.
