GENERAL INFORMATION
This is the 27th Edition of the International Conference on Information Networking (ICOIN), which was originally started under the name of Joint Workshop on Computer Communication in 1986. ICOIN 2013 will take place in Bangkok, Thailand. The conference is organized by Korea Institute of Information Scientists and Engineers (KIISE) and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Computer Society & IEICE Communications Society. All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings with an assigned IEEE ISBN number, and will also be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexing by SCOPUS. ICOIN 2013 looks for your valuable contributions to the computer communications, wireless/mobile networks, and converged networks in the theoretical and practical aspects.
