Registration Policy
- All accepted paper registration should be made by Dec. 15, 2014. Manuscripts received after this date will NOT be published in the proceedings of this conference.
- All accepted papers must be registered in General Registration and presented at the conference. If multiple papers are accepted, each paper SHOULD be registered at General Registration fee.
- The General registration fee includes technical proceedings, admissions to tutorial sessions and technical sessions, reception, banquet, three lunches and coffee breaks.
- The Student registration fee includes the same as the General registration except that the banquet and reception.
- Cancellation should be made by Dec. 15. 2014 for 90% refund. It is not refundable after Dec. 15 2014..
- On-site registration accepts US Dollar cash only.
- Extra ticket for reception can be purchased on-site for USD 50 (KRW 55,000)
- Extra ticket for banquet can be purchased on-site for USD 50 (KRW 55,000)

- Payment by credit card is available through the following online registration procedure.
- All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
- Actual debit amount is subject to change according the exchange rate.

Refund Policy
If you have already registered for ICOIN2015 and find that you are unable to attend or cancel the paper, please notify ICOIN2015 Registration Chair in writing to sjshin@chosun.ac.kr to request a refund and cancel your registration. Refund will be made upon receipt of this written notice after the conference.
