No Show Policy
Failure to make a presentation will result in the author's name being listed on the "SMA 2025 No Show List".
Participants who fail to present their papers (no-shows) will receive a warning email from the SMA 2025 Organizing Committee. They will not be considered for journal publication as selected papers and will face a penalty in SMA conference registration fees for the next two years. Consequently, the Early Registration Fee will not apply to participants on the SMA "No Show List."
