IEEE WHC 2025 Registration
- All participants are required to register through the online registration system and are advised to register in advance to receive the registration discount. - Author Registration: For each contribution to the conference at least one person must be registered for in-person attendance at the whole conference. A single registration may be used to support several contributions.
- To qualify for member registration, you must be a member of IEEE/IEEE RAS, Korea Haptics Society, IEEE Technical Committee on Haptics, or Eurohaptics Society. Your membership number is required at the registration page.
- To qualify for IEEE Life Member registration, your membership number is required at the registration page.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by June 20, 2025. No refunds will be issued from June 26, 2025. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to secretariat@worldhaptics.org. There will be a cancellation fee of $100 which will be deducted from each refund. Registration using invalid membership at the time of registration will be automatically canceled and reported to the corresponding organization.
