- Each paper must have an author registration at full (non-student) rates in the corresponding category.
- Exceptionally, one full registration of “Workshops + Conference" can cover 1 main-program paper and 1 workshop paper.
- To guarantee publication of a WiOpt (conference and workshop) paper, at least one author should present the work at the conference in person. All attendees MUST use their own names to register for the corresponding category.
- Note that if a registration is cancelled it will be reimbursed only 50% of the fee.
