  Abstract

The use of modern technologies in the world in various sciences has increased signifcantly and is expanding day by day. Relying on its unique properties, nanoscience has penetrated most sciences and has gained a special place. The textile indus try, as one of the oldest and long-standing industries, has not benefted from this science and has benefted from it in various felds. Due to the large surface to volume ratio of nanofbers and the use of various polymers and raw materials as well as the variety of production processes, nanofbrous structures are one of the best materials in the application of nanotechnology. In this article, diferent methods of producing nanofbrous yarns in two types of yarns, continuous and non-continuous, and the parameters afecting the production are briefy introduced.
