  Abstract

In this study, we selected abrasive manufacturing and food manufacturing industries with different exposure environments for electrical equipment and analyzed the four-year (~2018–2021) trend of the insulation resistance of major equipment used in these industries. The insulation resistance of the abrasive manufacturing industry’s electrical equipment under exposure to daily temperature and humidity did not show significant changes. In contrast, the insulation resistance of the food manufacturing industry’s electrical equipment under exposure to high temperature and humidity was confirmed to decrease rapidly after a certain duration.
