- Author full registration is mandatory for papers to be included in the program.
- Student registration is allowed only if the authors are all students.
- For the authors with three (3) or more accepted papers, at least a single full author registration is required and, for the remaining number of papers, the student registration is allowed.

- All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted by August 10, 2023. After this date, the fee is not refundable. All refund will be made after an administration fee of 10% is deducted.
