PRE-REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL JANUARY 8, 2008. After this date, registration must be made ON THE CONFERENCE SITE at the registration desk.

Registration Fee

Foreigners must make payments in US dollars (USD) whereas Koreans should make payments in Korean wons(KRW). Note payment for ICOIN 2008 can only be accepted by credit card. All on-line payments will be processed securely using INICIS.

"For each ICOIN 2008 technical paper, at least one GENERAL rate registration should be made for the publication of the paper in the proceedings. For authors presenting multiple papers, one GENERAL registration is valid for up to two papers. If there is no pre-registartion on a paper, the paper will not appear in the proceedings. "

Confirmation and Receipt

After you have registered for ICOIN 2008 and the payment is received, you will receive a confirmation document via e-mail. Please submit your e-mail address when registering for the conference. Foreign registers may receive the registration receipt at the registration desk..

Refund policy

If you have already registered for ICOIN 2008 and find that you are unable to attend or cancel the paper, please send an e-mail to sujean35@ewhain.net in order to request a refund and cancel your registration
