Camera-Ready Paper Submission Guideline:

All Camera-Ready submissions must be submitted electronically, in PDF format and uploaded on EasyChair. Please upload the camera-ready paper at EasyChair by going to "Submission" tab and clicking on the icon "Submit a new version". The Camera-Ready submissions should be formatted with single-spaced, double-column pages using at least 10 pt size fonts on A4 in IEEE style format. The maximum number of pages is 6. The camera-ready version for an accepted paper cannot exceed 6 pages. The conference full registration justifies publication of one paper up to 6 pages.

IEEE Copyright Form Submission Instructions:
Along with the final camera ready paper, the authors also need to submit a signed IEEE copyright form. Use the form at

Preparation Guideline for Poster Session:
Participants with an accepted poster paper must present their poster during the Poster Session. Only one poster board will be allocated for each poster paper. For the details, please refer to the followings:
- A board could accommodate 10 A4-sized slides. The poster SHOULD be A4-sized and the number of posters SHOULD not be more than 10.
- The printed Poster hardcopies should be taken to the conference, and will be posted to the poster area in the designated position.
- Tacks and technical equipment will be available for the hanging of posters.
- Authors who are presenting the poster are required to stand by their poster during each poster session.
- Please remove your poster after the assigned date and time. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
