1. All accepted paper registration should be made by Nov. 23, 2018.
2. All accepted papers must be registered in General Registration and presented at the conference. If multiple papers are accepted, each paper SHOULD be registered at General Registration fee.
3. All accepted papers will be published in the proceeding paper within 6 pages and additional fee of USD 50 (KRW 60,000) will be charged for each extra page.
4. Cancellation should be made by Dec. 14. 2018 for 90% refund. Your registration is not refundable after Dec. 14 2018.
5. On-site registration accepts US Dollar cash only.
6. Extra ticket for banquet can be purchased on-site for USD 50 (KRW 60,000)

If you have already registered for ICOIN2019 and find that you are unable to attend or cancel the paper, please notify ICOIN 2019 Registration Chair in writing to hyhwang@hansung.ac.kr to request a refund and cancel your registration. Refund will be made upon receipt of this written notice after the conference.
