사이버보안에 활용되는 인공지능 알고리즘의 FPGA 최적화 연구 동향

Abstract

Recently, artificial intelligence algorithms have been widely used in cybersecurity. However, due to the complex computations and large-scale data processing, AI algorithms consume a lot of computational resources and take a long time to process. To address this, research on optimizing AI algorithms using FPGAs has been actively conducted since the 2000s. In this paper, we analyze the major AI algorithms applied to cybersecurity and classify in detail how each algorithm is being optimized. In addition, we discuss the main factors and optimization directions that should be considered when attempting to optimize new AI algorithms or algorithms that currently lack optimization research using FPGAs in the future.
