An extensive technical exhibition will take place during the conference (27-30 Nov. 2023) at the Landing Convention Center, Jeju Shinhwa World. The exhibition is expecting over 300 participants and related organizations from around the Asian region and will offer optimal marketing opportunities for increased exposure and market expansion.

For exhibition, please fill out the sponsorship/exhibition application form. The exhibition booth is the standard booth (3m x 2m shell scheme) including fascia board with company/organization name in standard letter, 1 folding chair, 1 reception desk, 3 spotlights (LED 8.5W), and 1kW of electrical outlet (220V/60Hz; 2-phase). The standard booth image is shown below. Exhibitors can select booth locations on a first-come, first-served basis. If exhibitors need additional electrical items or furniture, please fill out the “Electrical order form” and/or “Furniture & Equipment order form”.
